Domazing Dog Race & Pet-Tober Fest 2018

A big thank you to all that came out to the Domazing Dog Race fundraiser and Pet-Tober Fest this year! It was such a great time!! Everyone looked so good in their costumes and looked to be having the best time checking out all the different vendors and activities.

If you missed it, we hope to do it all again next year! The Domazing Dog Race was a fundraiser to to help reunite families with lost pets through pet tracking dogs. These animals are real life detectives, tracking down scents and helping to bring closure by finding missing pets. It was a scavenger style race that put us in the mind of the detective dog. Looking for clues around the Domain, groups put their minds together to solve the race as fast as possible, while getting the most clues correct and finding the Pets Domain ATX dog logo around the community.

If you've ever lost a pet before you know how stressful and overwhelming the emotions can be. These tracking dogs make it possible to reunite lost animals or bring closure to families. As of now, we have raised $515!! If by chance you missed the event, there's still time to donate to this cause, so you haven't missed out!
